Let's keep the flying doctor flying, and give them nurses the support + resources they need!
Every 2 minutes, someone needs the Royal Flying Doctor Service somewhere across Australia.
For the month of October, I am taking on a fitness challenge, to run 3km everyday, to help more people access the care they need in remote area communities.
By going further, I hope to raise as much as I can for the RFDS and to support the amazing team that serves it.
I will be running about a total of 81 km, which represents 1km for every RFDS aircraft across Australia. In joining me, one of my closest's friends, Livvy, who is a student nurse like me, are both aspiring to being apart of the RFDS as RNs, so being able to support this organisation means so much.
